A Champion lead lands in your inbox. Someone filled out a form on championhomes.com asking about a specific model. You — or whoever's on lead duty that morning — copies the name, email, and model into your CRM by hand. You hunt down the right floor plan in your catalog so you can quote it. You email the buyer back. By then, half a day has gone by, and the buyer has already filled out forms with three other dealers.
That's the workflow we set out to fix.
Trove now syncs Champion Homes leads directly into your CRM. Inbound requests from every Champion lot you operate land in Trove within minutes — not the next morning, not the next time someone remembers to check the portal.
The inbound leads screen pulls every Champion lead into a single, sortable view, broken out by lot. You see the buyer's name, the model they asked about, the build location, their customer note, status, and timestamp at a glance. New, active, completed, declined — each has its own tab, so triaging a Saturday's worth of leads on Monday morning takes minutes, not hours.

If you run multiple Champion lots, each one shows up as its own block with its own settings and lead count.
Two toggles control how aggressively Trove pulls leads in:
Either one can be turned off if your team prefers to triage before a lead enters the pipeline. Most dealers turn both on and stop thinking about it.
When a buyer says they're interested in the Agate Bay on championhomes.com, Trove finds the Agate Bay in your floor plan catalog and attaches it to the deal. Manufacturer, plant, build location, base price — all of it pulls in. The buyer gets an invite to your Trove site, where they can keep customizing the home, see real pricing, and see an estimated monthly payment.

By the time you open the deal, you're not looking at a name and an email. You're looking at a buyer, a home, a budget, and a payment estimate. That's a starting point a salesperson can actually work from.
Picture a Saturday afternoon: a couple visits championhomes.com, falls for a specific model, and submits an info request. By Monday at 8 a.m., the lead is already in your active pipeline. The model is matched. The buyer has a Trove invite waiting in their inbox. A monthly payment is calculated.
You start your week with a hot lead and the full picture — not with a copy-paste task.
That gap, between when the buyer submits a form and when your salesperson actually reaches out, is where deals quietly die. Closing it is the point of this integration.
Champion lead sync is live in Trove. If you operate one or more Champion lots, your account manager can turn it on for your account and walk you through the auto-accept and auto-sync settings that fit how your team works.
