Introducing Land-Home Packages
Showcase move-in ready homes on their specific lots with our new land-home packages, complete with an address and interactive site map.
The Property Map has always been a great tool for helping customers see which homes from your catalog will fit on their land. But what about when you want to sell the land and the home together as a complete, move-in ready package?
Today, we're launching Land-Home Packages, a new way to list inventory homes that are already sited on a specific property. Now you can assign an address or APN to an inventory home, place it on the parcel with an interactive map, and present it to buyers as a complete package.
The Customer Experience
When a buyer visits your site, they'll find these new listings are easy to discover and explore.
- Dedicated Catalog Section: Land homes are automatically grouped under a new "Land Homes" heading in your catalog, making them easy for interested buyers to find.
- Clear Labeling: Each package is marked with a purple "Land Home" tag and displays its property address directly on the product card.
- Interactive Site Map: On the home's detail page, a new Property section features an interactive satellite map. Buyers can explore the exact parcel, see the property boundaries, and view the home already placed in its final position. Because the home is already sited, the standard "will it fit?" tool is automatically hidden on these pages.
Getting started
Land-Home Packages are built on top of your existing inventory products.
To create one, navigate to an inventory product in Admin > Catalog > Inventory. Create or select an inventory home, go to the Inventory Details tab, then turn on the new "Land-Home" toggle.
This will reveal fields to enter the Property Address or APN / TMS. After you save the product, a Site Map editor will appear. Use it to draw the property boundary and place the home on the lot. The saved map will then be visible to customers on the home's detail page.
