A buyer calls about the double-wide on your website. Your salesperson checks the lot: it sold three weeks ago. Or the price on your site doesn't match the price on MHVillage, and now the first conversation is about which number is right. Most dealers keep inventory in three or four places, and every one of them drifts.

This year we've rebuilt how inventory works in Trove so there's less to keep in sync by hand, and the places that do need a person are faster to update.
If your homes are already listed on MHVillage, or your dealership runs on Cirrus, Trove can now pull inventory from there instead of having you retype it.
Open Catalog → Inventory, go to the Sync Inventory tab, and pick MHVillage or Cirrus. For MHVillage, enter your company ID and Trove imports each listing's specs, asking price, photos, and description. For Cirrus, Trove connects your dealer ID for you, then reads the latest file from each sales location. A Manual Import tab handles one-off CSV exports.
Turn on Weekly auto-sync and the rules are the same for both:
Every run is recorded on the Import History tab.
Inventory now has its own spot in the admin sidebar, and the table behind it was rebuilt to be fast. Sort, filter, and search, then edit Serial #, Listed, Supplier Cost, Retail Price, Beds, Baths, Sq ft, and Factory built date right in the cell. Columns lets you show, hide, and reorder, and Export downloads the current view as a CSV. Filters live in the address bar, so you can send a teammate the exact view you're looking at.
You can also track your own details on each unit with Custom Fields: lot number, delivery date, a "title received" checkbox, whatever your team needs. Every site starts with a Unit Stage dropdown (Ordered, In production, Delivered, Set), and every change is logged in the unit's Audit History.
Inventory and the CRM now know about each other. A Deals column on the Inventory table shows which active or closed-won opportunities have that unit as their home, and Link now attaches one without leaving the table. If two closed-won deals land on the same unit, the table shows a red warning, and the opportunity's Deal tab warns too.
Turn on Also show on opportunities for a field like Unit Stage and your sales team sees it on the deal, without asking whoever manages the lot. When a buyer orders a home from a floor plan, Process Order on the Deal tab turns their design into a hidden inventory unit, set to Ordered and attached to the deal.
The Products table now sits at the bottom of Catalog → Listings with a color-coded Status column (Featured, Listed, Unlisted, Hidden). Tick a few rows and List, Feature, or Unlist them at once. Click any row to open that home's overrides for photos, pricing, tags, and more.
A few smaller changes make your public catalog more precise:
Sometimes the problem isn't your inventory but the factory data behind it. When you're signed in to your own site as a team member, a small flag next to a home's name, or next to an option in the Design Studio, lets you report a wrong price, missing option, or bad spec and attach the factory's PDF or a screenshot. Reports are tracked under Catalog → Reported Issues until they're resolved, and the fix is made in the supplier's catalog at the source.
If you're a Trove dealer, log in and open Catalog → Inventory to get started, or ask your account manager about connecting your MHVillage or Cirrus feed. If you're not on Trove yet, book a demo at buildtrove.com and we'll walk you through it with your own inventory in mind.
