By the time a home sale closes, somebody has typed the buyer's name and address onto the purchase agreement, the credit application, a couple of disclosures and an insurance quote. Then the serial number, the model, the price breakdown. One transposed digit and you find out at the worst possible time.
All of that information is already in your CRM. Now your paperwork can pull it from there.

Under Administration → Documents → PDF Templates, click New template and upload the blank form. Then click Auto-map fields. Trove reads the PDF, places a box on each blank it finds, and connects it to the right value: the buyer's contact details, your custom fields, or figures from the home they configured. It recognizes checkbox groups too, so a question like Home Use: Primary / Vacation / Rental becomes one answer that marks the right box.
Nothing saves until you do. Anything Trove couldn't match is placed and flagged, and Review unmapped fields walks you through them one at a time: pick an existing value, create a new custom field, or keep it as a one-off answer for that form.

Boxes can pull in far more than names and addresses:
On any opportunity's Documents tab, click Generate Document and pick a template. You see the actual PDF with every value already in place. Fill in anything left over right on the page, and edits save back to the CRM. Click Save to documents and the finished PDF is filed on the opportunity and shared to the buyer's portal.

Documents are versioned. Generate again after the deal changes and you get v2, v3 and so on, with earlier versions kept. If something printed on a document has changed since, it's marked Out of date.
Some answers only the buyer has, like a date of birth or mailing address. Click Generate intake link, choose which fields to ask for, and send the link by text or email. The buyer gets a short form with no login, next to a live preview of their document filling in as they type. Answers save straight into the CRM.

The link lasts 14 days, and buyers with a portal login also see it under Paperwork to complete.
Mark a template as required from a sales stage. When a deal reaches that stage, the document shows up in a Waiting on list at the top of the Documents tab with its fill progress, and the assigned rep gets a task that completes itself when the document is generated.
On a deal, View Project PDF opens a builder instead of a fixed download. Turn sections on or off (home and pricing, specs, design, smart renderings, floor plan, site conditions, site plan), drag them into order, and watch the preview update. Checking Site plan captures the saved site map for you. Saved project notes prefill the Notes field. Save project PDF files it in a Project PDFs folder on the opportunity.
