Say you have six homes on the lot you want moved before the new model year arrives. On the lot, that's easy: a banner on the fence, a sign in each window, a salesperson who knows which homes are part of the deal. On the website it has usually meant emailing someone, waiting on a page change, and hoping the sale ends on the site the same day it ends on the lot.

Over the summer we added a set of tools that let you run that whole promotion from your Trove admin. Here's how they fit together.
Pages in Appearance → Page now have a Published setting. Start a new page for the promotion, work on it over a few sittings, and keep it as a Draft until it's ready. A draft's URL shows your not-found page, and draft blog posts stay out of your blog listing and sitemap, so nothing goes public early.
Built a good sale page last year, or on another Trove site? Copy the whole page or a single section to your clipboard and paste it in. When you paste across sites, Trove matches locations by name, rewrites links to your own site, and lists anything it changed before you confirm.
Product tags are your own merchandising labels, like "Move-in Ready," "Best Seller," or "Financing Available." Create them under Catalog → Settings → Product Tags, give each a label and a color, then assign them from a home's editor or its Product Overlay Settings.
Once a home is tagged, the tag shows as a colored pill on its catalog card and product page, and shoppers get a Tags filter in the catalog.
Tags work in links as well. Add tags=<tag id> to a catalog link to show only the sale homes, which makes a natural target for a menu item or a Product List block on your landing page.
Catalog → Settings → Product cards now lets you choose a card style (Default, Detailed, or Spotlight) and pick exactly which details each card shows: beds, baths, square footage, dimensions, section count, manufacturer, series, and description. You can set which photo leads, such as the kitchen before the exterior, and a live preview shows your own homes updating as you edit. The style applies everywhere homes appear, including Featured Homes blocks.
Homes can now carry video, too. Upload a file or paste a hosted video URL in the home's Videos field, and it plays directly below the floor plan on the home's page. Videos set in a home's Product Overlay Settings are specific to your site and take precedence over the home's default videos.
The new Announcements module (under Website Modules) puts a message in a banner above your header or a centered pop-up. Write it yourself or describe it and use Generate with AI, with a live preview as you edit.
Then set the rules: all pages or specific paths, mobile only or desktop only, and a start date and end date. Schedule the banner to come down the night the sale ends and it does, without anyone remembering to pull it. By default, announcements stay off the app-like flows such as the Design Studio and the guided /start flow, so they never get in the way of a buyer mid-design. If you change the offer partway through, bump the Version number and visitors who dismissed the old message see the new one.
When someone submits an intake form, the confirmation screen no longer has to be a dead end. You can now edit its titles and add your own Confirmation screen buttons, for example a button that downloads a PDF spec sheet for the sale homes. Set them on a single Intake block, as a site-wide default under Intake → Form settings, or separately for the guided /start flow.
Promotions bring old leads back to the site. With visitor alerts, when a customer linked to one of your opportunities returns to your website, Trove logs a Customer Visited Your Site event on the opportunity and notifies your team in the CRM, with optional email or text alerts. That's the moment to call.
If you're a Trove dealer, log in and start with a draft page and a tag for the homes you want to move, or ask your account manager to walk through it with you. If you're not on Trove yet, book a demo at buildtrove.com.
