Follow-up that runs itself, from the pipeline you already use.
Trove automations enroll a deal the moment it enters a stage, then send email, text and portal messages, update fields and create tasks on a schedule you set. Reps stay in the loop without lifting a finger.
Set it up once, let the pipeline do the rest
- 1
Pick who enrolls
Choose a pipeline, stage and status. Narrow it with serviceable area and up to 20 custom-field conditions.
- 2
Build the steps
Add messages, field updates and tasks in order. Each step has its own delay in minutes, hours, days, weeks or months.
- 3
Preview on a real deal
See the exact messages and projected send times for any opportunity, or run it in the sandbox first.
- 4
Turn it on
New and changed deals enroll instantly. Backfill current matches with one click. Due steps go out every 15 minutes.
Enrollment rules that match how dealers actually sell
Automations are driven by the sales pipeline, not by a separate marketing list. If a deal fits the criteria it enrolls. If it drifts out, the sequence pauses instead of firing the wrong message.
- Trigger on pipeline, stage and Open, Won or Lost status
- Filter by serviceable area and any custom field with operators like contains, greater than, before, is one of and is empty
- Enroll on create, on change (including bulk edits) or backfill everything that matches today
- A deal only ever runs an automation once, so re-entering a stage never spams a buyer
More than messages: update the deal and hand off work
Every step can send a message, change fields on the opportunity, and create a task for a rep or for the customer's portal. Field changes show up in the activity feed and can enroll the deal in other automations.
- Send by email, text and the customer portal in any combination
- Update stage, pipeline, owner, status, close date, next step, lead source, location or custom fields
- Create to-do, call, text, email or external tasks with due times and reminders
- Drop in saved message templates or upload a branded HTML email per automation

Compliant by default, personal by design
Messages go out as the assigned rep, inside the hours you choose, only to people who are eligible on that channel. Customer replies can pause or stop the sequence automatically.
- Send windows by weekday and hour in the automation's timezone; late sends roll to the next allowed time
- Each automation is Marketing or Account updates, with consent tracked per channel and category
- Choose whether a text or portal reply continues, pauses or stops the sequence
- Upcoming sends appear as ghost bubbles in the conversation so reps are never surprised
